Stream Dudes Relocates Headquarters
Company Elects to Escape Chicago Area for New Location in Southern Wisconsin
DELAVAN, Wis. – 05 May 2022 – Stream Dudes is excited to announce that we have moved from the Chicago area—our home since our inception—to the up and coming city of Delavan, Wis., once known as the “19th Century Circus Capital of the Nation.”
The move follows a couple of years of growth, when the world was impacted by crises after crises. When people and organizations needed to get their word out, Stream Dudes supported them through their efforts to adapt to a world of “lockdowns”; and the practice of social distancing. This type of tyrannic action forced multiple industries into using live streaming technology to stay connected with their employees, constituents, followers and fans.
This move further enhances The Dudes’ ability to offer a complete lens-to-screen service for our clients. In our new facility we feature our broadcast-ready, green-screen studio as well as a fully-functional podcast studio where you can have access to the latest live streaming equipment without having to create your own work flow and/or invest in an entire set-up for your home or office.
Stream Dudes co-founder and COO, John Basile, said: “A year prior to our lease termination at our Des Plaines, Ill. location, I began looking into office spaces that could accommodate our growing business and our ambitious goals. Most important to us was having enough floor space for our offices, new studios and also accommodate anticipated business growth.”
“Although we were open to staying in the Chicago area, the effect of high tax rates and poor policy enacted by the state and local officials forced our business to seek out a solution outside of Illinois, but within driving distance to Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis and others,” stated co-founder and CEO, Kris Lang. “We believe that this move to idyllic Delavan, Wis., offers the perfect balance between affordability for a small-business as well as provides us with a central location to continue to provide our customers with the service that they’ve come to expect.”
